Import nightly rates and stay restrictions from PriceLabs with daily or manual syncing. Manual pricing rules are paused, while you can adjust imported rates by a percentage and set your own extra-guest fee. A PriceLabs account with API access is required.
Keep control of booking amounts
Calculate an optional suggestion from dates and guest count, or enter an agreed price from Airbnb or another platform. Record the total before discount and the discount when needed; the gross rental amount after discount remains the basis for commission.
