You can now manage your property’s pricing in Cabino. Set a standard nightly rate, separate Friday and Saturday rates, and override specific dates with a fixed amount or percentage adjustment.
Add minimum stays, per-night fees for extra guests, and weekly or monthly discounts. You can also enable discounts for early bookings, last-minute stays and short gaps between bookings.
Already using PriceLabs? Connect an existing listing to import rates and stay restrictions. Cabino syncs daily, with manual updates whenever needed. You can also adjust imported rates up or down by a percentage. Connecting requires a PriceLabs account with API access.
The calendar displays nightly rates and minimum stays. When registering a rental period, you can calculate an optional price suggestion based on dates and guest count. If you already have an agreed price from Airbnb or another platform, enter it directly. You can also record the total before discount and the discount amount to calculate the gross rental amount after discount automatically.
